As per the latest notification issued by the Home Department, Government of Odisha, No-HOME-DA1-RULE-0011-2021/32833 dated 02.08.2025, candidates must be between 18 to 26 years of age to apply for the Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2025. The upper age limit has been revised from 23 years to 26 years for the General category. Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Odisha Police Constable Exam Pattern 2025 (Tentative)
The written examination will be conducted in offline mode using an OMR-based system. It will consist of a single paper (Paper-I) with objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The exam will have a total duration of 120 minutes and will carry 100 marks. Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Un-attempted questions will not be awarded or deducted any marks.
The Odisha Police Constable exam will assess candidates on Odia language, English language, Arithmetic, General Knowledge, Situational Awareness, Logical Reasoning, and Basic Computer Knowledge.
